Saturday 18th JulI’m going the distance again this year for Chris O’Brien Lifehouse.
This September marks two years since my surgery to remove my cancer and reconstruct my jaw. It also marks two years cancer-free, with no recurrence. I know how fortunate I am.
Not everyone is as lucky. I’ve had friends whose cancer journeys have had very different outcomes—one sadly lost her battle, while another continues to fight with incredible strength.
Chris O’Brien Lifehouse brings everything together under one roof, providing expert treatment, compassionate care, and vital support for people with cancer and their families. Every donation helps fund groundbreaking research, world-class treatment, and the care that gives people the best possible chance of a positive outcome.
